Our Mission is to provide tools for success to the youth and parents who participate in our program. The program will consist of educational enhancement, conflict resolution training, self-discipline, positive self-image, health education, mentors, and assistance to parents. We hope that through providing quality services and programming we can also contribute to the community at large.
What makes this organization different from others is our motive and drive for undertaking such a major task. The task at hand is to create a productive and successful village in which our children can grow and learn. This means attacking the problem in a holistic manner. What affects a child is not simply what happens in a classroom but also their homes and community. CSF believes that we are a collective and we are only as strong as our weakest link. In believing this CSF aims to help those in need and make those who are blind to the situation understand and become a part of the solution and not the problem.
CSF's aim is to help people learn to be self-sufficient not dependent. The most efficient way to accomplish this is through education and experience. We plan to educate children and assist their parents to create a better home life. At CSF we understand that you cannot simply educate someone and expect them to succeed. This world requires more than book smarts to survive and CSF hopes to provide as much of a holistic service as possible to those in need. Whether that be; schooling, career resources, children, seniors, ex-offenders, parents, or neighbors we can create a network that WILL provide for these needs.
